Don't forget to make your hotel reservations early…the Peabody Hotel is conveniently connected to the Peabody Conference Center and the Statehouse Convention Center. To fulfill our contractual agreement with the hotel, you are encouraged to make your reservation by January 10th deadline to ensure the discounted room rate of $122. More importantly, make reservations early if you need two beds in your room. The Peabody Hotel can only guarantee 100 rooms with two beds in the room. The double beds will be granted on a first-come, first-serve basis upon request.
