CORPORATE PARTNER EXHIBIT OPPORTUNITIES

Allocation of Space

The SACRAO Corporate Partner Contract must be signed and returned with payment by December 15, 2006 to reserve exhibit space. Cancellation notice must be received prior to January 10, 2007 in order to receive a refund.

Participation Options

The $600.00 exhibit fee includes -

• One booth (8x10) with one table and two chairs.
• One conference registration, with additional registrations at $150.00 ($175.00 for registration after 1/10/07). Conference registration includes admission to the Sunday night reception/Super Bowl party, the Tuesday night "Big Event" at the Clinton Presidential Library and Rockets Party and the Wednesday morning Conference Breakfast.
• Advertisement in the conference notebook distributed to all conference attendees.

Hotel Information

Don't forget to make your hotel reservations early…the Peabody Hotel is conveniently connected to the Peabody Conference Center and the Statehouse Convention Center. You are encouraged to make your reservation by January 10th deadline to ensure the discounted room rate of $122. More importantly, make reservations early if you need two beds in your room. The Peabody Hotel can only guarantee 100 rooms with two beds in the room. The double beds will be granted on a first-come, first-serve basis upon request.

Booth Information

• An Exhibit Area layout is attached showing locations and booth numbers. All workshops and sessions are also being held in the Peabody Conference Center.
• All booths will be 8 ft x 10 ft and include one table, two chairs and one wastebasket.
• Each booth will have one 7" by 44" booth ID sign.
• All booths will have an 8' high back drape with 3' high side drape.
• Booth set-up will be available 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm, Sunday, February 4, 2007
• Conference exhibit hours will be 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday & 8:00 am - end of afternoon break on Tuesday, February 5 & 6, 2007. It is asked that you be prepared to have your booth open until after the last break of Tuesday. Dismantling of exhibits should be completed by 7:00 pm on Tuesday, February 7, 2006.
• All advertising activities must be confined to the exhibit space. The exhibitor will not be permitted to assign, sublet, or share space without the written consent of the Corporate Partner Chair.
• Sound and music equipment should be used in a considerate manner so as not to disturb other exhibitors.
• Nothing shall be pasted, tacked, nailed, or otherwise attached to columns, walls, floors, or other parts of the building or furniture. Any damage to the Peabody Hotel and Conference Center property is the responsibility of the corporate partner.

Liability/Contract:

The corporate partner, on signing the contract, expressly assumes the entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages, and acclaims arriving out of injury or damage to displays, equipment, and other property brought upon the premises of the Peabody Hotel and Conference Center shall identify and hold harmless SACRAO, or its membership and hotel agents, servants, and employees from all losses, damages and claims.
