  • Regular Conference Rate (November 1 - January 5, 2026): $350
  • Late Conference Rate (January 6 - February 4, 2026): $400
Non-Member Rates*:
  • Early Bird (by October 31, 2025): $350
  • Regular Conference Rate (November 1 - January 5, 2026): $400
  • Late Conference Rate (January 6 - February 4, 2026): $450
Honorary Member*:
  • Conference Registration Fee Waived.

Due to the financial commitments required to host the conference, refunds are not available for cancellations after January 5, 2026.
