  • Regular Conference Rate (November 1 - January 4, 2027): $350
  • Late Conference Rate (January 5 - February 3, 2027): $400
Non-Member Rates*:
  • Early Bird (by October 31, 2026): $350
  • Regular Conference Rate (November 1 - January 4, 2027): $400
  • Late Conference Rate (January 5 - February 3, 2027): $450
Honorary Member*:
  • Conference Registration Fee Waived.

*Additional charges may apply based on registrant's selection of extra session(s)/workshop(s) and/or guest(s). More details can be found on the registration form.

Due to the financial commitments required to host the conference, refunds are not available for cancellations after January 4, 2027.
