Here are some tips to ensure your experience is both productive and memorable: DressDress for the conference is business casual. Meeting rooms sometimes get a little cool. Comfortable shoes are a must! LocationThe conference space is located at the Jackson Convention Complex. Both of the conference hotels are located approximately 2 blocks from the convention complex. AirportThe Jackson-Medgar Wiley Evers International Airport (JAN) provides services through American Airlines, Delta, Southwest, and United. Direct, non-stop flights are available to many locations, including Atlanta, Charlotte, Dallas-Fort Worth, Houston, Miami, Nashville, and Washington D.C. Shuttles are NOT provided by the hotels. The airport is approximately 11 miles from the hotels and convention center. Plan your SessionsReview the program in advance and select preferred sessions based on your interests and role. Did you know you can add them to your calendar, using the conference app? (Available in late January.) NetworkingBring plenty of business cards and make meaningful connections with your colleagues and our corporate partners. Vendors often have resources, tools, and ideas that can benefit your work.
